Transferable Skills

I believe that my experience has allowed me to have a more refined sense of communication, both in my professional and personal life. Not only am I able to communicate my own feelings and thoughts to others with ease, likewise I am able to understand and apply theirs as well, be it for projects or making sure work synergy stays in a healthy place. In addition to this my ability to motivate others is something that I pride myself in, whether it be in the work I do alone, or with a team, making sure that anyone else I am involved with is feeling at the top of their game is one of my priorities, both on a personal and professional level. I simply cannot simply stand idle if I think I can do something to improve a situation. Teaching is also something I think I excel at, whenever there was a situation in my prior jobs where a new or unfamiliar co-worker needed clarification regarding a job or task, I would always jump in to make sure anything that was unclear would be resolved. In my mind, it’s always better to take the time to teach someone with effort and understanding, rather than being more lenient towards their growth, in a lot of different work enviromnents, the growth of others will influence your own.  I think working independently is another skill of mine that has become better with time, just as much as my ability to work in a team. A lot of times in different situations, you will be thrown into a situation where your back is against the wall, and that is the make it or break it moment depending on what your response is. I have taken on daunting tasks on my own and overcome challenges, so not only am I one who can take instructions for something, but also someone who is reliable in the event where the only other person I can rely on is myself and my wit.

Interests

I fancy myself a lover of fine arts, able to appreciate different mediums at multiple levels to both dissect the positive and negative aspects of each piece of work. Being involved in something like this helps me gain a more ecletic perspective not only when I’m being critical with my hobbies, but with my work as well. The ability to ccombine and separate disciplines and ideals between different concepts an ideas is something I believe is invaluable both for play and work.
